What we collect, and why.

This notice covers priors.trade, Go mode (go.priors.trade), the x402 hub (x402.priors.trade) and the services behind them. It lists what they collect about you, why, where it goes and how long it stays. Questions or requests: contact@priors.trade.

In short

No ads, no analytics, no tracking pixels, no fingerprinting. Nothing is sold. The fonts and scripts come from Priors itself, so a visit tells no other company you were here.
Go mode signs you in with Google through Privy. Priors itself never stores your email: it keeps your account's wallet addresses and the few settings you give it.
What happens on Robinhood Chain (agents, loans, repayments, backing, transfers) is public and permanent, by design. No one can erase it, Priors included.
This browser keeps what the site needs to work. It remembers your display settings across visits only if you allow it: .

Only if you use them

agent001's Desk with Priors AI. If you use Priors AI, the Desk's model when you connect no AI of your own, your messages go from your browser through Priors to OpenRouter, which runs the model. Priors asks OpenRouter to use only model providers that do not collect them. Priors keeps your Priors AI credit, your top-ups and what each question cost, for as long as your account exists; the latest answers for at most a day, so that a retried question is not billed twice; and a fingerprint of your last message for an hour. It keeps no history of your conversations.
agent001's Desk with your own AI. Your messages and your AI key go straight from your browser to the provider you pick (OpenRouter, Anthropic or OpenAI), never through Priors. The key stays in this browser, encrypted, until you remove it; the messages are under that provider's terms.
An agent's linked X post. To show that the post is public, your browser asks X, without cookies or referrer; X sees your IP address. The answer stays 10 minutes in the tab, and Priors keeps nothing.
Your own wallet. If you connect a browser wallet, WalletConnect or Coinbase Wallet, it signs what you approve; Priors sees only what you then send to the chain or to the forms above.

Who else handles it

Each only for the part it does for us. Several are in the United States.

Cloudflare: Hosts every Priors site and service and stores their records, checks the contact form for bots (Turnstile) and routes its mail.
Privy, Google: Sign-in for Go mode, and the embedded wallet that owns your account.
Alchemy: Pays your account's gas, so it receives the operations your account sends.
Relay: Moves your USDG from Base when you use Add money from Base.
QuickNode, PublicNode, Ordo, Robinhood: Robinhood Chain RPC nodes that answer the pages' reads.
Morpho: Savings rates.
X: Whether an agent's linked post is public.
Proton Mail, Telegram: The team's mailbox and chat, where contact messages, waitlist joins and seat requests arrive; Telegram also runs the seat bot.
OpenRouter: Runs Priors AI's model for the Desk's messages, if you use Priors AI.
OpenRouter, Anthropic, OpenAI: Only the one you connect in the Desk, with your own key.

Why we may

Your account and what you ask for (Go mode, a seat, a listing, the tools you connect): to do what you asked, under our agreement with you.

Request logs, security checks, rate limits, answering your messages: our legitimate interest in a site that works, stays safe and answers the people who write.

Preferences: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time in .

The public record: you write it to a public blockchain yourself, with each transaction you sign.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its use, and take it elsewhere. Write to contact@priors.trade; we answer within a month. What is on Robinhood Chain cannot be changed or deleted by anyone, and your sign-in at Privy and Google is also theirs to delete.

You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.

Changes

This is version 2026-10-12 of this notice. When it changes, the privacy window asks you again. Security reports go to GitHub's private advisories.
