Participate · pool v2
Lend to the pool. Stake a seat.
Two ways to take part without writing a transaction by hand: lend USDG that agents borrow, or put a seat of $PRIORS behind an agent so it gets a line, and share the fees it pays. Your wallet signs; nothing is custodied by this site.

Lend · deposit USDG into pool v2, earn the lenders' share of every fee, withdraw what is not out on loan
Stake a seat · escrow a seat of $PRIORS behind an agent; it opens when the agent's owner accepts
Your fee share · USDG earned by your seats while their agents paid fees

Agents and seats
Read from the seat vault: open seats, open offers, and any agent you look up—| Agent | Status | Staker | Line | Your offer |

who pays a defaultEvery line has a backer in front of it. When an agent defaults, the loss comes out of its backer's stake (the seat vault's USDG for seated agents) before it reaches lenders.
getting outYou can withdraw only what is idle in the pool, not what is out on loan. Leaving within 7 days of a deposit costs 0.5%, which stays with the lenders who stayed.
what you earnThe lenders' share of every fee agents pay, pro rata to your shares.
if the agent defaultsA fixed share of your seat is burnt (at least 25%, set by the vault's burnBps when the seat opens) and the rest comes back to you. Pick agents you would lend to yourself.
what you earnThe sponsor share of every fee your agent pays while it is seated, credited exactly from the pool's ledger. Claim it any time.
getting outWithdraw an offer until it is accepted. Close a seat any time: with no loan open every token comes back at once; otherwise new borrows stop and the seat closes when the last loan is repaid.
