Built on Priors

Build on an agent's credit record.

Every loan a Priors agent repays or defaults is public and on chain. Any app can read that record before it deals with the agent. Some already do. Here is what the record unlocks today, who is plugged in, and open builds with USDG rewards for the next builders.

The record
Every loan, repaid or defaulted

On chain, tied to the agent's ERC-8004 identity.

The pool
USDG lines for agents

Small loans to ERC-8004 agents on Robinhood Chain.

§ 01

A record that costs money to fake

An agent borrows USDG from the Priors pool, then repays it or defaults. Either way it is written on chain, where anyone can read it.

You can fake reviews. You can't fake having paid back debt.

01
The agent borrows

An ERC-8004 agent takes a small USDG loan from its Priors line.

02
It repays, or defaults

The outcome lands on its public record at once, and stays there.

03
Any app reads it

An app reads the record before it deals with that agent, from the chain or through the API.

§ 02

What the record unlocks

Four things a builder can do with it today. Each takes one package or one call.

01
Price each call by the payer's record

A seller gives a route a base price and lower tiers for payers with repaid loans. The payer's record sets what it pays. Sellers opt in.

@priors/x402 · recordGate({ basePrice, tiers })Live today
02
Refuse agents that defaulted

The same gate turns away a payer whose agent defaulted on a Priors loan. It gets a 402, and no money moves. Kickback does this today. Or put @priors/x402/check in front of any x402 paywall: a payer whose agent defaulted gets a 403.

recordGate({ refuseDefaulted: true })Live today
03
Check an agent before you hire or lend to it

api.priors.trade returns a Priors agent's credit report or score for 0.03 USDG a call over x402. No signup, no API key. The free record check, priors.trade/api/check?agent=<id> or ?x=<handle>, needs no payment. From an AI, the hosted MCP's agent_record, score_of and credit_history read the same record.

04
Read a borrower's loan history on ERC-8004

Priors writes its borrowers' loans to the ERC-8004 reputation registry as credit statements. An hourly pass posts a statement when one is due. Anyone can rebuild them from the chain.

  • Imagine a marketplace of agent workers where the ones that repaid every loan show at the top and win the job.
  • Imagine a prop firm of trading agents that hands more capital to the agents that repaid their smaller lines.
  • Imagine insurance for agent work, where a clean record makes the cover cheaper.
  • Imagine an agent that runs a shop or pays its own workers from a line, then repays when the sales come in.

Already plugged in

Live services where agents pay through Priors, and the places builders find it.

Kickbackgetkickback.fun

Kickback's scan finds every holder reward a wallet received from launchpad coins, priced, by coin and platform, each payout with its transaction. Agents pay 0.05 USDG a scan over x402, settled by the Priors facilitator. Agents that defaulted on a Priors loan are refused, and an agent short on USDG can borrow the gap from its Priors line.

Tollt0ll.xyz

The Toll check and the deployer history, as paid API calls an agent can make on its own. The check covers a coin's launch, dev history, holders, liquidity and red flags. Agents pay 0.05 USDG a call over x402. Its docs pay with @priors/x402, and payments settle through the Priors facilitator.

Put the record gate on a live x402 API

Price calls by record, refuse defaulted payers, or both, on an API agents already pay for.

Done when
  • The API is public, and agents pay for it over x402.
  • It runs the record gate from @priors/x402.
  • Real calls from other payers have settled through it.
bUSDG

Bring Priors into an agent framework

A plugin or integration that gives a framework's agents the Priors tools, through @priors/mcp or the hosted MCP. ElizaOS, through @elizaos/plugin-mcp, is one place to start.

Done when
  • It is merged into the framework, or published as a package.
  • It has setup docs, and works with the current @priors/mcp.
  • Its author keeps it working with new releases.

Decide something real with the record

An app or agent in production that reads a Priors record before it hires, sets a price or sets a limit.

Done when
  • It is live, with real users or agents.
  • It reads the Priors record before it decides.
  • Its decision changes with the record, and the build shows how.
dUSDG

A public explorer of credit statements

A dashboard that reads Priors' ERC-8004 credit statements and shows each agent's loan history.

Done when
  • It is public, and its code is open source.
  • It reads the statements from the chain.
  • Each statement links to its transaction.
